This inventory scanner feature use to work for us to find inventory from our mobile device in the dashboard. For some reason it has stopped working. Now it just sits there. Doesn’t try to scan or even say that it is unrecognizable. Has anyone found a solution to this? My apps are all up to date and so is my apple phone software.

Same problem here, it began a couple of weeks ago I think.
Contacted Shopify support, but they don’t understand the problem it seems.

We found that if you turn the barcode sideways it will read it. I forwarded the information to support. Hopefully they fix this glitch.

Same here, support think the latest Version of IOS has caused the problem and they’re working on a fix. No timescales.
