Inventory Sync without importig the order

Maybe I’m looking at this the wrong way but i’ve got a stock sync issue.

(I don’t want the order from eBay to loaded in to Shopify as then looking at my account I have two orders when I only have one.)

All my products are link with Market place Connect to eBay, which is running spot on.

Apart from the qty sync.

For example I have 1 red ball in stock in shopify, the item is then sync’d into eBay and that works fine, I then sell the item on eBay, and that get sent to my fulfilment system for postage, however my stock in Shopify still shows one, and when the system update in 30mins it gets re-listed on eBay as the Qty has not changed in Shopify???

Please help
