Inventory Transfer Building with Barcode Scanner

I sell online and at a single physical location. My inventory is held in separate locations - at home from which I ship, and at the physical location from which I do not ship.

I would like to build the Transfer by barcode scanning the products, or a printed sheet, vice manually typing product names to search and typing on Shopify website. I have more than 400 products.

Is this possible to use a Barcode Scanner to scan UPC and build a Shopify Transfer with desktop or mobile app/pos?
