Invisible products in the shop

Good afternoon,

I am writing to you because I am unable to solve my problem with the products. I wanted to create a sale, I added products to the shop, created a collection called clearance and added it to the main menu of the site. I put all the new discounted products in this collection. Once I have published the products, I can view them from the product settings in the ‘view in shop’ area. However, when I go to my shop and enter the clearance collection, it shows me 0 products :thinking: I’ll honestly admit I don’t know what could be the reason. I do not use tags, the collection has no requirements (it is set to add manually). I also checked the status of the products and they are “live”. I thought the products might be set to add temporarily (delayed) but this is not the case. Please help.

I forgot to add, the products have also been added to other collections, e.g. the discounted briefs to briefs and clearance collections. Unfortunately the new products are also invisible in other collections.

Whay you mean? With my shop everything is alright. I have someone who dealing with that.
