We are having some trouble with understanding and getting accurate tax and pricing information on our invoices. We are using the ‘Order Printer Pro’ app for managing the templates we use for our invoices etc.
I have inserted a screen cap of the pricing section of one of our invoice templates.
We want to be able to show the discounted price and subtotals without VAT, but Shopify only seems to show the discounted figure including VAT
The discount figure £208.73 should be (we would require it to be I mean) the ‘ex VAT’ discounted value but it is the inc VAT (no discount) total - the inc VAT(discount applied) total.
We are getting super confused with how these figures are calculated and can’t see a way to either modify how it works in this app, or find an alternative app that may do a better job.
If anyone has any advice on how this app works, or can recommend any other apps that may offer more flexibility or customisation for configuring how the pricing is displayed and how the discounts are applied that would be great.
