Has anybody found a solution to have a link to download the invoice from the new customer accounts? We use a third-party app, and they told me that it’s not possible due to Shopify’s limitations.

Shopify’s new customer accounts don’t natively support invoice downloads, but here are some workarounds
- Using invoice apps with email links – Apps like Order Printer Pro or Sufio can generate invoices and automatically send a download link via email after purchase.
- Customer portal integration – Some apps like PDF Invoice Generator allow customers to access invoices from their account, but they may require workarounds for Shopify’s new account system.
Because your third-party app says it’s not possible, I’d suggest testing Order Printer Pro, as it’s one of the more flexible options.
