I’m facing a problem with my website. It’s working properly on PC but not on iphone.
When accessed via iPhone, it consistently displays an ‘under construction’ page.
My website url: https://nnjdesigns.com/
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Problem: On iPhone, https://nnjdesigns.com consistently showed an “under construction” page, while it worked on PC.
Verification: Other participants couldn’t reproduce the issue on iPhone and shared screenshots of the site loading. They suggested clearing cache, reloading, and confirming the store was published.
Clarification: A screenshot initially used a different domain (missing the letter “j”), which was corrected, but the error persisted on iOS.
Testing: The site was tried on multiple phones and in incognito mode, still failing for the reporter. Another tester’s iPhone loaded the site, indicating a device/layout-specific problem.
Root cause: The Featured collection section was set to “slider” (carousel-style). Changing it to “grid” (static tiles) fixed the display issue on iPhone 13.
Outcome: Issue resolved by switching Featured collection from slider to grid. Screenshots were central to diagnosing and confirming the fix. No further actions or open questions noted.
