I’m planning to submit my Shopify app to a third-party website Product Hunt. I want to specify that my app is a Shopify app and use “Shopify” text in the title & description fields. I’m concerned about using Shopify’s name to comply with intellectual property rights (IPR). I have asked Shopify support and the advisor checked the Partner Program Agreement but didn’t find any explicit rejection about my case. Is it a problem with IPR or similar scope if I use Shopify’s name in my submission?
