Mega Menu by Globo is a great option, as they also offer a free monthly plan. If you need any assistance with a third-party app, you can always reach out directly to the developer through the contact information in the Support section of their app’s page.
It is also possible to add mega menu through custom coding, as shown in this thread - Multi-level Mega Menu On Debut Theme. However, if you’re not comfortable with coding (eg. HTML, Javascript, CSS, liquid), then you may want to consider hiring a developer to assist you with this. Which particular features from Mega Menu were you looking to add to your theme? Also, have you considered using Shopify Inbox to communicate with customers on your store?
