Is a multi-language feature coming to the Shopify Inbox app?

Hello Shopify Community,

The shopify inbox app that enables an in store chatbox does not translate and doesn’t work with translation apps either.

I’ve contacted my translation app about this matter. (Translation Lab from Sherpas Design, which I highly recommend and am really fond of)

According to the support team:

"Bear in mind that our app simply provides the UI interface that allows you to get all the translations provided by Shopify, your theme, or any third-party application.

If the resources are not there, this means that the app does not support the native store language functionality that Shopify provides. In that case, I would advise you to check with the app developers whether they plan to update their app for the multi-language feature."

So here I am asking the question: Is the multi-language feature planned for the Shopify Inbox app?

If anyone has had the same problem and managed to find a workaround, I’d be happy to hear solutions.
