Is a paid plan necessary for customizing Shopify Flow?

In shopify flow, I need to create a custom flow. Like: Custom conditions and action and trigger but i don’t have buyed any plan on shopify. If i need to buy any plan (basic or advance) to customize these items ? Because i not have that much option app setting ?

Shopify Flow is currently available to customers on the Shopify, Advanced, or Shopify Plus plan.

Actually, I am new to the shopify sorry for this question again. So we need to buy any of the plan to do the custom flow, is it right ?

Yes, currently you’ll need to buy one of the plans above to use Shopify Flow.
