Is a Shopify Store without Cookie Banner (cookieless) possible?

Hello, I’m based in the EU and I’m currently looking for a shop system that let’s me create a GDPR compliant cookieless shop. By cookieless I mean no cookies that need approval by the person visiting the store, only technical required cookies to run the store. I’m aware of this cookie list by Shopify: https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies

Question: Can I turn off all the tracking and other cookies by Shopify that need approval by the customer (to run a store without a cookie banner)? With WIX for example it’s possible.

Late response, but maybe it helps out somebody.

The link you’ve shared as of now at least, differentiates between technichal and non-technichal cookies. If your site has only technical cookies you can run the page without a cookie banner. Since the user has no option to make.

You have however to mention the basic stuff in your privacy policy.

I’m no legal expert, but from my understanding, if you turned of tracking in your shop, you can run the shop cookieless.
