It will usually take up to 48 hours for an SSL to be approved. Since your SSL has been in a pending status for 2 weeks, this may mean there might be an error with the configuration in your settings. But not to worry, you can reach out to our internal support team who can take a look into your domain settings and help figure out what changes need to be made!
