According to shopifystatus.com the problem with admin login is fixed, but I cannot get any of my admin backend to load. Still. I am not getting the little dog anymore either.. Now I’m just getting “This page isn’t working HTTP 431 error”
Is there any update on what is going on? I don’t want anyone to think it is “fixed” when it clearly isn’t.
We are getting the same message:
This page isn’t working. If the problem continues, contact the site owner. HTTP Error 431
Clearly after 2 1/2 hours, the problem hasn’t been resolved for everyone.

When we try to log in, it just downloads an admin file. Nothing else.
Same issue here - it prompts me on mobile to download the admin page and then errors no matter what option I choose. It has been hours now without access

The issue with accessing the admin has since been resolved. If you’re still experiencing issues logging in, then this is likely a locally ended issue connected to your cache. Please try clearing your browser’s cache/cookies, restarting the browser, then trying again. You can also test this using Google Chromes Incognito mode or a different browser.
If you’re still experiencing issues thereafter, then please contact Shopify Support to log the issue. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.

you can just clear cookies and it will work, or at least it did this time for me. 
I keep getting the “not found” but ONLY on Chrome.
I’ve cleared the cache and reset cookies.. blah blah blah.. and it isn’t working.
It’s extremely frustrating.
