Is anyone else experiencing constant live view refreshing?

Did something change with the live view refresh rate? Every 10 seconds the stats to the right of the world on the live view refresh. Just so happens to coincide with when I upgraded my router.

I plugged in my old router but the same thing is happening. I don’t see anyone else talking about it, so wanted to know if anyone else is seeing this. Thx

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your experience with our Live View, I’d be happy to help.

While we have implemented a few key changes a few months ago regarding our Live View, none of which seem to be a factor in regards to the instance you are experiencing. You mentioned that you have noticed a constant refresh of stats in your Live View every ten seconds. Which browser have you attempted this on? Can you please ensure that the version of your browser is updated to the latest release?

Here are a few troubleshooting steps that you can try:

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser to rule out any browser issues.
  • Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device as these can interfere.

If these steps result in no change, please let us know and we will be happy to look into this further as I am currently not able to replicate the occurrence.
