Looking into this, if you see that your payouts are displaying a pending status - typically, that will mean that the payout will be scheduled for the next payout schedule. However, since you have specified that this has been going on for awhile - it would be best to speak directly with our live support to have a further look into this.
I noticed that you are experiencing issues with the Help Center virtual assistance, could you attempt to reach out to our live support using this following link here? Once you successfully complete that forum, you should see the options to speak with a Support Advisor about the payout issue you are experiencing.
I managed to resolve the issue. Incase anyone else has this problem, for me it was all to do with submitting my drivers license. Without a photo of your drivers license, Shopify will not grant payouts. What’s more, it doesn’t tell you that this is a problem unless you look in your notifications. I had a notification instructing me to attach a photo of my drivers license. Clicking on the notification takes you to the right page. Hope that helps.
