We have an e-commerce store and a brick-and-mortar location. All online orders are pulled from our warehouse location only as our inventory is split by location. We use ShippingEasy to fulfill and ship orders. We’re noticing that when an order is placed online, the available quantity decreases, and the committed increases. However, when ShippingEasy pulls the order to fulfill, it adds the inventory back into available. It’s also pulling the inventory from our brick-and-mortar location, pulling from both locations at once even though Shopify is set up to only fulfill from the warehouse location. Anyone else have this issue or any ideas on how to resolve?
