Is anyone else experiencing issues with the code editor UI?

I’m no longer able to use the code editor. Anyone else having this issue? looks like every single line is its own tab or something? Cant click on anything. all those tabs and windows (seen on the upper right) didn’t used to be there. nothing seems to have changed on my end
