I’m getting this issue when attempting to go to the help center in Shopify.
"There’s a problem loading this page
There’s a technical problem with the Shopify Help Center that prevented this page from loading. Please go back to the Help Center homepage or try reloading this page."
Is that page currently down? I’m trying to connect with a customer service rep due to domain issues.

As you can see here on the Shopify Status page, there are currently no known issues or outages, and all systems are operational, including support. Can you confirm what browser you are using to access the Shopify Help Center? If you are seeing an error message, then I would suggest clearing the cache & cookies on your browser, and then trying again. You should also make sure your browser and device OS versions are fully up to date. We have some information here about supported browsers.
Testing this on another device and internet connection would be a good idea also, as that will help to rule out any localized issues specific to your current device setup. If you are still seeing this error message after trying the above steps, then please let me know here and provide a screenshot of the error if possible, and the URL of the page where the error is occurring.
