I’m getting customer messages on Shopify Inbox but when I go on the app on my phone or my computer it says

Mine is down too. I posted about it earlier and got a reply that another user’s was down too. Seems widespread.

I can confirm that there is currently an issue affecting Shopify Inbox. Our developers are aware and working on a fix as we speak. I would be happy to respond back in this thread with an update once the issue is resolved or if I receive more information! You can also keep updated by checking out our Status page.

Ours is down too. Both the mobile Shopify app and the Shopify Inbox. I was talking with a customer and then nothing. It says cannot load customers as well for me. Then I get a popup that says “Rejected” native for iOS alert.

I wanted to send you all a quick update that the issue affecting Shopify Inbox has been resolved, and our status page has been updated to reflect this. I recommend clearing your cache, and checking to see if you’re able to access the app. If you still run into an issue, you can contact our live Support team through the Help Center and they’ll be able to look into your account and see what’s causing the error.

Hi @Greta_3 it looks like the inbox is down again today. was working for a little while last night, now the same issues again.
Hi, Shopify inbox is down again. It’s not working. I can hear customers constantly message today and get an error message that prevents me from messaging back. It immediately kick me back out
Mine is definitely down. It’s a big part of making money for my site, I couldn’t reply to over 20 messages yesterday on which product to choose. It’s getting frustrated.
Looks like it is still down.
I have disabled it for the time being.
Back up now maybe
