Is anyone else experiencing lack of support on this platform?

Hello all! My second day here and just help/ support on this platform is non existent. Never seen a service that doesn’t have any support/ help line even though its advertised to have such a good one. I tried writing, they responded that do not take incoming inquiries, I tried calling to about 5 different numbers and none of them are responsive, and please, forget the help/ support button, only error messages popping out. IS THIS HOW IT WILL BE FROM NOW ON?

…thousands of posts and articles and not a single person on customer support line. Is it just me???

and yes, I did clear my cache…like a 1000 times

Hey Sally! could you please elaborate on what issue you’re facing? Also have you tried using their chat? I think it could help connect you to a support advisor.

I’d love to get in touch via chat. Been trying to do it two days in a row. On both of my accounts, when I press Help Center I get one and only one response

Turns out I wasn’t able to write to help line because I had not entered my first and last name in the initial set-up process. This seems interesting as I was able to pay and do the rest, but not reach help without this information. Now I must proceed with double authentication to get to help line. Maybe its just me, but seems rather intense. I will sort this out, and thanks for the replies, good to have this here is all else fails. Hope others have it easier :slightly_smiling_face:

On the other hand, many problems seemed to solve themselves in the meantime. Just… when you are new on a new platform it seems safe when you know you have the help there available…
