I am getting an unexpected error pop up any time i press on app ads is anyone else getting this?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! Iā€™m happy to provide some assistance with an app error, to get this resolved. To ensure the error is not related to a browser issue, I recommend attempting the following troubleshooting steps outlined below:

  • Clear Cache and Cookies.
  • Try accessing from Another Browser (i.e Firefox, Chrome, or Safari).
  • Try accessing from an Incognito Tab or Private Browser.
  • Try Another Device (i.e Phone, laptop, etc).
  • See if you continue receiving the error when using another internet connection (i.e using cellular data opposed to wifi).

If after attempting all of the following troubleshooting steps mentioned above you continue receiving this error, please Contact Partner Support to allow for further investigation.
