My experience with the Shopify platform, particularly the support system, has taken a deeply distressing turn.
Despite multiple attempts to contact Shopify Support through emails and other channels, I’ve received no acknowledgment, let alone solutions. The silence is not only surprising but is causing significant disruption to my operations.
Has anyone else faced similar issues with the platform’s support? Any advice on how to get their attention? It’s shocking that users have to resort to public forums to get what should be standard support from a platform as renowned as Shopify.
Any assistance or advice from this community would be greatly appreciated. And to anyone considering using Shopify, please take my experience as a cautionary tale.
