So we recently rebranded our site which meant connecting a new domain. It seems to have been working okay the last few days but today I can not access the site on Chrome, I tried in incognito and it worked once and then didnt. I then tried mobile which has worked a couple of times and others it hasnt.
We get the message ‘sorry this shop is currently unavailable’
Our visits today are low too which makes me think its not just me.

I just took a look and it appears to be working perfectly on my end. Did you purchase the domain on Shopify? If you take a look at the details under Settings > Domains > and click on your new domain, do you see any error messages at all?
It sounds like a localized issue with the browser you’re using. Try to clear your cache and cookies to see if that helps.

just one small feedback - your navigation bar is too big, it takes 1/4 of the viewport and it hurt the user experience on your website, it would be better if you make it narrower.
This depends on how you’ve set up your domain with Shopify. You will need to point a CNAME record with the name www to shops.myshopify.com in order to fix this.
You should have only one CNAME, you have two identical ones, and also in Settings under Domains you will have to add a both theonlinecycleshop.com with and without www.

When trying to add it under domain settings it is asking me to register it like normal. Or do you mean domain settings in 123-reg?
