Is anyone else stuck in a never ending help center loop?

Let Me Press Help Center Again. OH IT SAYS TO CONTACT SUPPORT? LET ME CONTACT SUPPORT, OH IT SAYS THEY NO LONGER TAKE EMAILS but to click on the HELP CENTER… I AM IN A NEVER ENDING CIRCLE! IS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING THIS?

Rest assured, I’ll do my best to share what steps you can take in the help center to connect with our team. To confirm, does this issue happen once you’ve logged in through the help center and selected a support topic?

For better visibility, I’ll share the steps below to create a support request.

How to contact Shopify Support:

  • Head to the Shopify Help Center
  • Under Contact Support, click Log in.
  • Once you’ve logged in, select a support topic from the ones provided.
  • Scroll down to the very bottom of the page where it says Get Support to view our available contact options.

If you’re not able to see this section, please share a screenshot of your view so we can troubleshoot further.
