To gather a bit of context here, are you referring to a store that you’ve ordered from?
If this is regarding a store that you’ve placed an order on, I recommend reaching out to the store owner directly. The store owner will be in the best position possible to update you on order tracking, shipping confirmation or any questions you have about your order. You can try reaching out by replying directly to the order confirmation email you received. A second option is to navigate to the store and locate any social media handles as those may be more closely monitored. If you’d like to file a complaint to our Internal Support team, you can navigate to our Support Contact link. Once on the Support Contact page you can select: Report an issue with a merchant or Report an issue with an order.
