I got a message on my account inviting me to sign up for their service to get me more visitors to my shop for 28.99. is this a scam?

Hope everything is going well with your store! My main advice here would be to do some research to check into the service more and see if they have any reviews and if so, what they say.
I can say, that it’s not a Shopify related service in any way, so while I can’t say anything for sure, I’d say go with your gut instinct and if you feel it might not be right, then it could be better to leave it.
