so I ordered from “bullseyefreightsales” that ran a shopify store. Purchased a $103.95 product and now when I go to visit their site, it says “finish setting up your domain” so eitherway this needs addressing. I dont know if their store has crashed or what but I have no tracking ID, and cant see their website.
I asked shopfiy support and was met with a shrug response.

In this case, if you have attempted to reach out to the business in question and have not heard back a response. I would suggest speaking to your bank or credit card company (depending on how the order was transacted) and let them know of the situation you are experiencing. They will have processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the online order.

I have emailed the company, no reply as of yet.
It made progress with tracking and I got a confirmation when I purchased it, the package said it could arrive up to 21 days later(19th July). So when should I contact my bank?
Is contacting my debit company time sensitive for me to get a refund, because I dont know for sure how long I should wait to know if it was a scam or just taking a while to arrive.

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. My suggestion in this case is to wait a total of 4 weeks from the time of the purchase to see if the business reaches back out to you or you receive your order. If you do not hear back from the business in question, you can make your bank aware of the situation you are experiencing.
