Is checkout unavailable due to trial period or is there another issue?

I am in trial period. Do i need to buy a plan? Or problem is something else ?

During the trial period, the checkout is actually deactivated by default. In order to activate this, to test out all of the features available you will just need to select your preferred plan.

However, not to worry, you will not be billed for this until after the 14 day trial period is finished. This allows you to test out the features free of charge.

If you decide it is not for you, you can then cancel before your trial is up, or if you are happy to continue, your billing will then commence after this time.

As mentioned by @HappyPoints , while in trial mode, checkout is unavailable until you select a plan. Once you have selected a plan, the checkout will be available to use.

You can see a breakdown of all the subscription plans here. If you weren’t sure about which plan is best for your business, there is a layout here of the different features of each plan.

If you choose a paid plan during your free trial, then you won’t be charged any subscription fees until the end of your free trial period. Feel free to have a read through those links before you make a decision on what plan to select.

By the way, I thought I would also mention that you can save by opting for annual billing rather than monthly billing. You would save $36/year on your subscription by choosing the annual Basic Shopify plan and as a free bonus you get** custom carrier calculated shipping rates** included which is an additional saving of $240. That’s a total savings of $276 if you need the Custom calculated option!

Can you confirm your store is active and on a paid plan? If your store is on a pause plan, or if you are using test mode on the checkout then the checkout may not work. Any additional information you can provide would be helpful!

Yes my store is active and on paid plan. Checkout is not on test mode but still i’m facing this issue. When i sent email and then in email i click on view your order the link broken and show that message.
