Hello, I’m trying to enable payments via Paysera; however, the only option I have in the menu is via PingPongPay:
I’ve checked out previously published solutions, they refer to the video instruction here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dm1O25QsZ8c - but it doesn’t work as there’s no such option in the interface today.
Could you recommend if there’s a way to integrate Paysera directly?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with the addition of a third-party payment provider to the shop, to get this resolved. To provide some context, Shopify offers over 100 credit card payment providers depending on your region. I recommend checking out our complete list of Third-Party Payment Providers to determine whether Paysera is listed within your country.
If however, you’re not seeing Paysera listed as a provider, then it is not currently available as a payment gateway. It’s completely understandable how this may not be ideal, but can look to using PingPongPay as an alternative. This will ensure customers are able to checkout using Paysera as a payment method moving forward.
