I also called Go Daddy and they were clueless as to what DMARC was all about. I even had to forward the Shopify email to them, they really were no help at all so I’ve ended up doing nothing and coming here in the hope of trying to work this out… and failing 
Let’s just hope there is a way out of this before the Feb 1st!
