I received a purchase confirmation e-mail from the following merchant “Franticbags support@franticbags.com via shopifyemail.com” regarding a purchase I had made from the Google Shopping website. Since I received this confirmation, I have yet to receive any other information on this order.
Since the order was made on Dec 23, 2022, I was attempting to discover whether this is a legitimate merchant or whether this is a case of a spoofed website or fraudulent seller.
Based on the limited info provided, I guess you are talking about Buy on Google.
If you want to automatically receive sales data from Google Merchant Center for Buy on Google sales, you must use an app such as: https://apps.shopify.com/google-shopping-actions
If you don’t want to use an app, you need to manually go to Google merchant center and view the order information.
