Is influencer marketing actually scalable?

Hi everyone,

we all know that influencer marketing works for a lot of brands in small tests.
But scaling it feels like a different challenge.

More creators means more outreach, more tracking, more payouts, and more complexity.

It raises a couple of questions for me:
Does influencer marketing scale sustainably? Or does it eventually break without the right structure?

For store owners who are far ahead:
Have you successfully scaled influencer marketing? What made it possible?

Would love to hear real experiences please.

This is a great breakdown, especially the point that operations usually break before ROI does. Treating creators more like a performance channel than one-off collaborations really makes sense.

The shift from influencers to a scalable UGC and affiliate structure is also interesting. I appreciate you sharing this; there’s a lot to think about here.
