After many days of writing to you concerning the impossibility to log on my account because your double authentication process is not working at all I always got the same stupid answer. “Our security team is working please wait a short time…” They asked for my ID papers and I sent them about a week ago. Even though I specified each time that it is a big emergency. Do not try to answer me that again. It’s a joke or whatever ? You are ruining my business, give me please right now the possibility to log one last time to and refund me the two months of subscribing as a compensation, do not steal me any more money. I’m worrying because you are extra long so I’m afraid concerning october amount.
