I just logged into my account and everything is gone, is this common and can it be fixed?

Can you clarify what you mean by everything is gone - are you noticing that your store is missing data such as products, themes or orders etc? If so, can you please explain what you believe is missing, and when you first noticed this? It would be helpful to have some more context in order to steer you in the right direction.
Perhaps you mean the actual store itself is gone, and you are unable to login to access your Shopify admin? If that is the case - are you seeing any error messages or warnings when you try to login? It may display a message that your store is currently unavailable, which could indicate that your account needs attention.
I would recommend checking your email inbox . If there is anything that needs attention, one of our teams may have already reached out to you with more information. Checking spam and junk folders is a good idea to make sure nothing landed there. If you find an email relating to this store issue, then you can feel free to reply directly to it with any queries you may have - that will be your direct line to the team handling it.
If you are unable to access your store, and you cannot locate any emails from us then it would be a good idea to reach out to our support team here. On the Shopify Community we cannot access your account, but using that link to contact our team will allow us to access your account and recommend next steps.
