Is it cost effective to embed existing shopify store into weebly?

I need to consolidate my websites and that involves linking or moving my store on shopify into the main website under weebly. What are the steps? and how can I avoid paying additional fees? Thanks!

Embedding a Shopify store into a Weebly website is possible, but it may not be cost-effective. You can use Shopify’s Buy Button to add products or collections to Weebly without moving your entire store. This keeps your Shopify backend for checkout and inventory management while displaying products on Weebly. However, you’ll still need to pay for both platforms—Shopify for e-commerce features and Weebly for hosting. If you want to avoid extra costs, consider fully migrating to one platform instead of maintaining both.

Embedding your Shopify store into Weebly isn’t the most cost-effective solution, as Weebly doesn’t fully support Shopify’s features. However, if you want to keep using Shopify for transactions while displaying products on Weebly, you can use the Shopify Buy Button to embed products or collections.

Steps to Embed Shopify in Weebly:

  1. In Shopify, go to Settings > Sales Channels > Buy Button and generate an embed code.
  2. In Weebly, add an Embed Code block and paste the Buy Button code.
  3. Customers will browse products on Weebly but complete checkout on Shopify.

To reduce costs, you can downgrade to Shopify’s Starter Plan ($5/month) if you only need Buy Buttons
