Is it normal for shopify to scam its customers (not website owners, but the actual customers)

So, I had a problem now for over 2 months, I’ve contacted stripe, Klarna, multiple different payment channels to accept chargebacks made for my customers on my old shopify store, they all tell me: contact shopify.

The problem is, shopify just doesnt give a single fly about it, they tell me their “security team” or “account” team has to deal with it, which never happens, so I can’t literally ACCEPT the chargebacks being made, shopify tells the banks that the customers have received their products, which is fact they have NOT. they received a sample of a product. not the actual product.

I even said this to the payment proccessor they just don’t care. They say Shopify only has the power to do anything.

So at this point Shopify is holding my old customers money hostage, and its not some pocket change we’re talking about here.

Also, just as a bonus, yes Shopify terminated my store out of the blue. AFTER customers made purchases.

Anyone else had this problem?
