Yes normal, having a website or adspend is not magic it’s so cliché you should search the forums for it: " traffic no sales"

you should request your post be moved to a more relevant forum if this has nothing to do with a brick and mortar store or actual POS hardware.
If you post willy-nilly you drastically decreases the chances you will get any relevant answers.
And adding completely irrelevant tags is a good way to just get ignored.
