Is it possible to add a custom component in Shopify > Products page?

Hi, i am new to this area. I hope that someone can give me some tips or guidance. I am very appreciated.

So, I am working on the product page and one of the requirements is to display the allergenic icons for each product. I thought was adding a section in the Shopify > Admin > Products page with checkboxes to enable and disable the icons when adding a product. Is it possible to do? Please reply. Thank you. Ray
