Can anyone tell we can add any cutom module in shopify. if yes then can you please send the documentation to built and install module in shopify website.

we want to add exchange/refunds request forms on the website. Also if anyone submit his request then in admin panel admin can see the request and reply to them etc.
Also can we make any changes on checkout page. if customer applies specific coupon then specific payment method should only b visible all other payment methods should hide.
Can we do this type of customization?

Actually we have some custom requirements in return/refunds that why we need a custom module.
Can we built our own custom module in shopify?
Also we need some customization on checkout page related to payment method show/hide based on coupon code. can we do this type of customization in shopify?
