Is it possible to assign inventory locations to specific customer groups?

Hi

I want to be able to offer discounted pricing options to a customer group, but restrict the stock availabilty to them by assigning a specific inventory location to this customer group.

E.g. Product X may have have a stock quantity of 10 in location 1, available to the general public, and 0 stock quantity in location 2, available to discounted pricing customer groups.

Once inventory has been assigned to specific locations, is it possible to restrict certain customer groups to access one inventory location or the other?
