I have several website pages organised in Shopify’s “pages” section. Is it possible to have these pages url’s appear without “/pages/” appearing in all of them? It looks unprofessional and I believe Google bots don’t like the replication.

I appreciate your concern regarding the additional information in the URL. I’m happy to submit this feedback to our developers for consideration in future updates.
In case anyone else has come across this thread looking for the solution, the question was answered on another post here. While it isn’t currently possible to remove this part of your store’s URLs, you can use URL redirects to create a simplified version of the URL for customers. There are also some third-party apps that can help you create URL redirects in bulk.
