Is it possible to connect TBC Bank on the site in Georgia?

Hello, we need to connect payment to the site through the API TBC Bank.
I looked at the page with available payment systems for Georgia, doesn’t seem to be here the TBC Bank.
I wanted to know if it is possible to develop something like a module with which users of our site can pay for goods through TBC Bank ?
