Is it possible to create theme App Extensions without shopify cli

i have created one non embedded app without cli and i want to create theme app extension so is it possible to create?

Hello,

You can use the cli to create extensions even if you didn’t create the app that way.

I don’t use the CLI to create my apps but then I use the cli afterwards for extensions as this is the best (maybe only) way
