Is it possible to create two footers using the Dwan theme?

Hi! I have tried change footer to make two footers, you can see on image what I want in my shop. Is it possible? I change onece footer custom css but it only changed colors. Now I have two colors already but I do not know how change this white space into separately footer. Thanks for help!

Hi! Thanks for answer. Well I added custom liquid with empty space only. But I want have there social icons, payment icons and maybe language selector.
