Is it possible to customize or edit the new customer accounts page? We just installed the new shopify subscription app and the customer subscription portal needs to be manually added to the navigation per Shopify. How can we add a new link to the customer account page (next to orders)? Thanks!

@kckc2022 did you manage to figure this out? I’ve built a hydrogen storefront with a custom orders page. From the subscription app I want to link to my custom order page rather than the default one. I’d appreciate any help on this. Cheers.
