I designed my website specifically for mobile and I want to disable the desktop view/site and direct them to the mobile site similar to having an app, would that be possible?

You can try to create an html that only shows on desktop users, and say’s for mobile user’s only then ask them to view your website in smaller screen. You can also add a site to where to download the app if needed
