Hello, my team currently has an order level VIP member discount code, and we are working to add order level reward program discount codes/coupons (through the Joy: Loyalty Program app). We specifically want these two discount codes to be stackable at an order level.
Additionally, we offer gift cards available for purchase that we want to exclude from these order level discounts. If we shift the discount code levels to “Product Level” rather than “Order Level” and create a collection that excludes the gift cards, they become no longer stackable.
Is there a solution to this problem that we are facing?
