Is it possible to get a copy of a 1099K for potential ID theft investigation?

One of my clients recived a notice from the IRS that my client received a 1099k from shopify for 2020. they have no knowledge of doing businesss with Shopify or any other web based business with 200 transactions and 20,000 of income. is there a contact number to call about the 1099ks to get a copy. they never recievd the actul 1099k. thinking it might be ID theft
