When fulfilling an order, I often forget to check the box that says “send details to customer now”. I don’t see it unless I scroll down.
Afterwhich, there doesn’t seem to be a way to send the automated email.
I checked in settings…I could set up an automated email to go out once tracking info is entered but many of my orders are shipped without tracking.
I’d really like that “send details to customer now” box to default to ‘checked’. Is that possible?
